Chinese UI

Select the Chinese locale in File | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Language and Region.

Install and enable the official IDE Chinese Language Pack plugin.

After that, the Extra Tools Pack, Extra Icons, Extra ToolWindow Colorful Icons and Extra IDE Tweaks plugins will display their Chinese UI as well.
