Chinese UI

Select the Chinese locale in File | Settings... | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | Language and Region, then restart your IDE.

Install and enable the official IDE Chinese Language Pack plugin, then restart your IDE.

Enable the bundled Chinese(Simplified) plugin in File | Settings... | Plugins | Installed, then restart your IDE.

After that, the Extra Tools Pack, Extra Icons, Extra ToolWindow Colorful Icons and Extra IDE Tweaks plugins will display their Chinese UI as well.
